Children’s Long-Term Support Program
The Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program helps children with disabilities and their families through supports and services that help children grow and live their best lives in their home and community. Working with you, the program helps your child get what they need.

Angel Sense GPS Tracker
AngelSense is an assistive technology that includes a proactive monitoring & alerting system, an app for caregivers, and a wearable device with an auto-pickup speakerphone and SOS button. **CLTS WILL COVER THIS SUBSCRIPTION ONCE APART OF THE PROGRAM!**
